1. General Conditions
All membership subscriptions and services purchased through our platform are strictly non-refundable, except as explicitly stated in this policy. By completing your registration and payment, you agree to these terms.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future charges. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle. You will retain access to the club’s services until your current billing period expires. We do not provide refunds, prorated refunds, or credits for any partial-month membership periods.
3. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds are only evaluated and granted in the strict event of a verifiable billing error or technical duplicate charge. If you believe you were charged in error, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
If an exceptional refund is approved by our billing department, it will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (credit/debit card). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
